Through the use of art, R-EVOLUCION seeks to stimulate creativity and individual expression by providing training and active participation opportunities for young emerging artists. The organization organizes workshops, laboratories, and performances where young people can explore different artistic forms such as theater, music, dance, capoeira, photography, short films and painting.

The NGO also encourages non-formal education as a tool for personal and social growth. Through informal education programs, R-EVOLUCION is committed to raising awareness on issues such as human rights, gender equality, the environment, and sustainability. The organization organizes debates, seminars, and recreational activities that engage young people interactively, fostering critical reflection and social awareness.

The organization encourages youth to become agents of change in their own communities through volunteer projects and social actions.
